Introduction
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TardiGeddon. This document sets out the legally binding rules that govern your access to and use of the TardiGeddon game and Website, including online play, acceptable behaviour, intellectual property, and your legal rights.
Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms
1.0 Agreement to Terms
1.0.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company governing your access to and use of the TardiGeddon game, the Website, the online game server, and any related services, features, content, or functionality (together, the "Services").
1.0.2 By accessing or using the Services in any way — including browsing the Website, playing the game, or joining an online match — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie & Storage Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other policies referenced herein, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1.0.3 If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use the Website or Services.
1.0.4 These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms that may apply to a particular feature, promotion, or app store. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms shall prevail in relation to that feature, promotion, or app store only.
1.1 Who May Use the Services
1.1.1 TardiGeddon is a cartoon game that may be played by people of all ages. Online play (playing against other people over the internet) is intended for players aged 13 and over; players under 13 may play online only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.1.2 If you are under 18, you should read these Terms with a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to them on your behalf and takes responsibility for your use of the Services.
1.1.3 By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with the Company, or a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms for you; and (b) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
1.1.4 The Services are administered from the United Kingdom. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate, legal, or available for use in all locations. Users who access the Services from outside the UK do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent local laws are applicable.
Section 2 — Changes to These Terms and the Services
2.0 Modifications to Terms
2.0.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time as further described in the Amendments section of this document.
2.1 Modifications to the Services
2.1.1 TardiGeddon is under active development. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, or any part thereof (including game modes, weapons, game styles, and the online server), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason.
2.1.2 The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services, except where required by applicable law.
Section 3 — Playing the Game
3.0 Accounts Are Optional
3.0.1 You do not need an account to play TardiGeddon. Your settings and team details are stored on your own device, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie & Storage Policy.
3.0.2 You may create a free account so that items you buy in the shop are kept on every device you sign in on. Accounts are being introduced and may not be available everywhere straight away.
3.1 Your Account
3.1.1 You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian before creating one.
3.1.2 You must give a real email address that you can access, and you must not create an account for, or in the name of, someone else. Your player name must follow our Community Guidelines.
3.1.3 You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
3.1.4 Your account is personal to you. You must not sell, transfer, or share it, or the items it owns.
3.1.5 You can delete your account at any time in the game (Account, then Delete account). Deleting it permanently removes the items it owns; they cannot be restored and are not refunded.
3.1.6 We may suspend or close an account under Section 11.0. If we close your account when you have not broken these Terms, we will give you reasonable notice where we can, and you keep any rights you have under Section 5.
3.2 Online Play
3.2.1 Online matches are hosted on our game server. Your team name, team colour, hat, and tardigrade names are shown to the other players in your match, so please do not use your real name or any other personal information in them.
3.2.2 Online play depends on internet connections and servers that are outside our full control. Matches may be interrupted, lost, or ended early, and if you disconnect, the computer may play your turns until you rejoin. The Company does not guarantee that the online Services will always be available or uninterrupted.
3.2.3 Your behaviour in online play must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove you from a match or block your access to online play if you do not.
Section 4 — Use of the Website and Game
4.0 Licence to Use
4.0.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Website and to play the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
4.0.2 This licence does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the game, the Website, or their contents; (b) copy, host, mirror, or redistribute the game or its art, sounds, or code; (c) make derivative works of the game or its contents; or (d) use any bots, scripts, data mining, or similar tools with the game or the online server, except as expressly permitted in writing.
4.0.3 You may share screenshots and video of your own play (for example, on social media or streaming sites), provided you do not suggest that the Company endorses you or your content.
4.1 Prohibited Conduct
4.1.1 You must not use the Services to transmit, publish, or display any material (including team or tardigrade names) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
4.1.2 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or to any computer systems or networks connected to them, including the online game server.
4.1.3 You must not cheat, including by modifying the game, tampering with its network messages, using automated players to gain an advantage over other people, or exploiting bugs to disrupt other players' matches.
4.1.4 You must not interfere with, disrupt, or place undue burden on the Website or the online server, including by flooding it with requests, creating rooms or connections in bulk, or introducing viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
4.1.5 You must not impersonate any person or entity, including the Company or its staff, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4.1.6 You must not use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
4.1.7 You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
4.2 Monitoring
4.2.1 The Company reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor use of the Services (for example, activity on the online server) to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
Section 5 — Coins, Slime and Purchases
5.0 The Game Is Free
5.0.1 TardiGeddon is free to play, and every part of the game, including every weapon and game mode, can be played or unlocked without paying. There are no adverts in the game.
5.0.2 The game has two kinds of in-game currency, kept strictly apart:
- Slime is earned by playing (see Section 5.6). It cannot be bought. You can spend it to unlock season weapons and some cosmetic items.
- Coins are bought with real money in coin packs (see Section 5.1). You can spend them only on cosmetic items (such as hats, skins, aim styles, explosion effects and arena themes), which change how your team, or your own view of the game, looks and never how it plays. You can also spend them on gifts of cosmetic items for other players (Section 5.8).
There is no way to exchange coins for Slime, so money can never buy a gameplay advantage. There are no loot boxes or random paid rewards: you always see exactly what you are unlocking before you unlock it.
5.1 Buying Coins
5.1.1 You need an account to buy coins. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything. Before every purchase, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or over or that a parent or guardian has agreed to it. In our Android app, the shop also takes account of the age range Google Play provides, where you or a parent or carer share it: it reminds players under 18 that a parent or carer may need to approve purchases, and buying coins is switched off while a parent or carer has not approved the latest version of the app in Google Family Link, or while Google Play needs you to confirm your age (see our Privacy Policy, Section 2.0.4).
5.1.2 Coin packs are priced in pounds sterling, including VAT or any similar sales tax for your country. Bigger packs include bonus coins, so a coin costs less in a bigger pack: from about 1p a coin in the smallest pack to about 0.77p in the biggest. Each pack shows how many coins it gives, including any bonus coins, its price, and its price per coin. Bonus coins are the same as any other coins. Wherever coin prices are shown, you can see what they are worth in pounds (as a range, from the biggest pack's price per coin to the smallest's). We never show countdowns or time-limited offers to pressure you into buying. The price you pay is the price shown when you confirm your order. Payments are taken by Stripe on its secure payment page, which may also show you the price in your own currency; your bank or card issuer may charge fees for payments in a foreign currency.
5.1.3 When you confirm your order and your payment succeeds, a contract is made between you and EVCV Limited for the coin pack. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for the payment: it takes the payment, under any terms it shows on its payment page; works out, collects and pays the VAT or sales tax that applies to your purchase; sends a receipt to the email address you give on its payment page; and can help with questions about the payment itself. Nothing in this Section affects your legal rights.
5.1.4 Your coins are added to your account straight away, normally within a few seconds of payment. If they have not appeared within an hour, please contact [email protected].
5.1.5 In our Android app, coin packs are sold through Google Play's billing system instead of Stripe. The packs and the coins they give are the same, but the price is the one Google Play shows you, in your currency and including the tax for your country, and the per-coin price is not shown. Google Play takes the payment, as the seller of the purchase, under its own terms (Google Play Terms of Service and its refund policies), and sends you the receipt; refunds of Google Play purchases are asked for from Google Play. Before Google Play's payment sheet opens, the app asks for the same confirmations as on the website (that you want the coins straight away, and that you are 18 or over or a parent or carer has agreed). If Google Play refunds a purchase or the payment is reversed, the coins it gave are taken back, as in Section 5.3.2. Coins are kept on your account whether you bought them on the website or in the app.
5.1.6 When you spend coins, any free coins you have (such as the bonus coins in a pack) are used first, then the coins you bought, oldest first. This does not change what you can unlock or what anything costs: it is how we keep a record of which of your coins were paid for, which some countries' laws require (see Section 5.5.4). For the same reason, and for tax, each purchase record includes the country of the payment, when Stripe or Google Play gives it to us.
5.2 Your Right to Cancel
5.2.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. For digital content like coins, that right ends once supply begins, if you have asked for it to start straight away and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel.
5.2.2 Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want your coins straight away and that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once they are delivered. Because coins are delivered as soon as you pay, you will not be able to cancel the purchase after that. This does not affect your rights if something is faulty (Section 5.3).
5.3 If Something Goes Wrong
5.3.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, what you buy must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your coins, or an item you unlocked with them, are faulty or not delivered, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, a price reduction or a refund. Please contact [email protected].
5.3.2 You may also have rights against your card issuer. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, or a payment is refunded, the coins from that payment, including any bonus coins, are taken back from your account, even if you have already spent them; your coin balance may then go below zero, and you will not be able to spend coins until it is back above zero.
5.3.3 Apart from your rights under this Section and where the law requires a refund (such as Section 5.5.4), we do not normally give refunds for coins, including coins you have not spent when you stop playing, but we will consider any request fairly. Please contact [email protected].
5.4 What Coins, Slime and Items Are
5.4.1 Coins, Slime, and the items you unlock with them are digital content: a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in TardiGeddon with your account, for as long as we provide the Services (see Section 5.5). They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to anyone else, except by giving a gift as described in Section 5.8.
5.4.2 Some items are also sold together in bundles, for fewer coins than the items cost one by one. The shop shows what each bundle contains, what its items would cost separately and how many coins you save. If you already own some of a bundle's items, you pay only for the others, at the same discount, and the shop shows that lower price before you unlock it.
5.4.3 Unlocking an item or bundle with coins or Slime is final, unless the item is faulty (Section 5.3). Items you bought directly for money before coins were introduced remain yours on the same terms.
5.4.4 If you delete your account, your coins, Slime, and unlocked items are deleted with it and cannot be restored or refunded.
5.4.5 An arena theme changes the sky, landscape and colours of the game on your own screen only. Other players in the same match see their own choice of arena.
5.5 Changes to Items and the Services
5.5.1 We may update how an item looks to fix a problem or keep it consistent with the game's art style, as long as it stays substantially the same as what you unlocked. We may rebalance weapons (for example their damage or ammunition) to keep the game fair and fun; this applies to every player equally.
5.5.2 We may change how much Slime the game awards, and the prices of items in coins or Slime, but a change never affects an item you have already unlocked.
5.5.3 If we decide to close the shop, or to stop providing the Services, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the game and on the Website. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
5.5.4 Players in Japan. Under Japan's Payment Services Act, coins bought by players in Japan are prepaid payment instruments, and EVCV Limited is their issuer. If we stop selling coins in Japan, or stop providing the Services there, we will refund the coins you bought in Japan that you have not spent, at the price you paid for them. Free coins, such as bonus coins, are not refunded. We will announce this in the game and on the Website at least 60 days before, with how and by when to claim. Nothing in this Section gives a refund for coins you simply leave unspent while the Services continue.
5.6 Earning Slime
5.6.1 You earn Slime while signed in: for each online match you finish, and for one-player games against the computer, up to a daily limit. The amounts are shown in the game.
5.6.2 Unlocked season weapons are switched on for every player in the matches you start (including private online rooms you host), so everyone in that match can use them. Quick play online matches use the standard weapons only.
5.6.3 Earning Slime by cheating, automated play, or exploiting bugs breaks these Terms (Section 4.1); we may remove Slime and items obtained that way.
5.7 App Stores
5.7.1 If you buy coins in a TardiGeddon app from an app store (Google Play now, and the Apple App Store in future), that purchase is made through the app store's own payment system and is also subject to that store's terms, including its refund policy (see Section 5.1.5 for Google Play).
5.8 Gifts
5.8.1 You can spend your own coins on a cosmetic item or bundle as a gift for someone else. Weapons, Slime and coins cannot be given. To send gifts you need an account with a confirmed email address that is at least a day old, and you can buy up to five gifts in any 24 hours.
5.8.2 When you buy a gift you get a one-use gift code, which is shown to you once. Anyone who has the code can claim the gift, so share it only with the person it is for. We cannot show a lost code again, but until the gift is claimed you can take it back in the shop and your coins are returned to you.
5.8.3 A gift is claimed by entering its code in the shop while signed in to an account. The items it contains are then added to that account. If that account already owns some of a bundle's items, it receives the others; if it already owns everything in the gift, the code is not used up, so it can be given to someone else. You cannot claim a gift you bought yourself. Once claimed, a gift is final, and the items belong to the account that claimed it on the same terms as any other item (Section 5.4).
5.8.4 A gift can carry one of the preset messages shown in the shop; you cannot write your own. The person who claims a gift sees your account name and the message you chose.
5.8.5 Gift codes must not be sold, traded or used for anything other than giving a gift. If a gift is connected with fraud, a disputed or refunded payment, or a breach of these Terms, we may cancel it or take back the items it gave.
5.9 Promotional Codes
5.9.1 From time to time we publish promotional codes (for example on https://tardigeddon.com/promo-codes) that unlock a cosmetic item free of charge. They never give coins, Slime or weapons, and no purchase is needed to use one.
5.9.2 A promotional code is claimed in the same way as a gift (Section 5.8.3), while signed in to an account, and each code can be used once per account. If your account already has the item, the code has nothing more to give.
5.9.3 A promotional code may have an end date, shown where we publish it, and we may end a promotion earlier. Items you have already claimed stay yours on the same terms as any other item (Section 5.4). Promotional codes have no cash value and must not be sold; using automated means or extra accounts to collect items with them breaks these Terms (Section 4.1).
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
6.0 Ownership
6.0.1 The game and the Website and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the software, game design, characters, artwork, animations, sounds, text, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material, and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party software and fonts used in the Services are listed in our Third-Party Licences & Attributions page.
6.0.2 The name "TardiGeddon", its logo, the tardigrade mascot, and all related names, logos, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission, except to refer to the game accurately (for example, in a review or video).
6.0.3 TardiGeddon is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other game developer or publisher.
6.1 Restrictions
6.1.1 Except as expressly permitted under Section 4.0, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services.
Section 7 — Team Names and Other Content You Choose
7.0 Your Content
7.0.1 The only content you can currently add to the Services is your team name, team colour, hat choice, and tardigrade names ("Team Details"), and, if you create an account, your player name. In online matches, your Team Details are shown to the other players in your match. Your player name is not shown to other players.
7.0.2 You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, and display your Team Details for as long as needed to run the match you are playing.
7.1 Content Standards
7.1.1 You are responsible for your Team Details and must make sure they meet our Community Guidelines and do not infringe anyone else's rights.
7.2 Removal of Content
7.2.1 The Company may change, hide, or remove any Team Details, or remove a player from a match, at its discretion and without notice, where it reasonably believes the Team Details breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links and Services
8.0 External Links
8.0.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services (such as app stores or social media) that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
8.0.2 The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by the Company of the linked site or any association with its operators.
8.0.3 You access any third-party websites or services linked from the Website entirely at your own risk.
Section 9 — Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.0 No Warranties
9.0.1 Except for coins you buy and items you unlock with them, which are covered by Section 5.3, the Services are provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9.0.2 Nothing in this Section 9 affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9.1 Limitation of Liability
9.1.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data (including saved settings or match progress), use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any other player; or (c) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9.1.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
9.1.3 Subject to clause 9.1.2, the Company's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of £100 and the total amount you have paid us for items in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9.1.4 If we provide digital content that damages a device or other digital content belonging to you, and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Section 10 — Indemnification
10.0 Your Indemnity
10.0.1 To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Company, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your Team Details, or your violation of any rights of a third party. This clause does not apply to consumers to the extent it would be unfair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Section 11 — Termination
11.0 Termination by the Company
11.0.1 The Company may suspend or block your access to the Services, or any part of them (such as online play), at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that the Company reasonably believes: (a) violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines; (b) is harmful to other players, third parties, or the Company's business interests; or (c) exposes the Company to liability.
11.1 Termination by You
11.1.1 You may stop using the Services at any time. You can remove the information the game stores on your device by clearing your browser's site data for tardigeddon.com, and you can delete your account at any time as described in Section 3.1.5.
11.2 Effect of Termination
11.2.1 Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. If we close your account because you have seriously or repeatedly broken these Terms, you will lose the items it owns and will not receive a refund, except where the law requires one. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Section 12 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.0 Governing Law
12.0.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.1 Jurisdiction
12.1.1 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction, and consumers resident in the EU may retain rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where mandatory local consumer protection law so provides.
Section 13 — International Users
13.0 Global Access
13.0.1 The Company operates from the United Kingdom. While the Services are made available to players worldwide, we make no representation that the Services comply with the laws of any country outside the UK.
13.0.2 If you access the Services from outside the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Section 14 — General Legal Provisions
14.0 Entire Agreement
14.0.1 This document, together with any other policies referenced within it, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company relating to its subject matter, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.
14.1 Severability
14.1.1 If any provision of this document is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable.
14.1.2 If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision will be deemed deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
14.2 Waiver
14.2.1 No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right, power, or remedy under this document shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any other or further exercise.
14.2.2 Any waiver of any provision of this document will only be effective if given in writing by an authorised representative of the Company.
14.3 Assignment
14.3.1 You may not assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under this document without the prior written consent of the Company.
14.3.2 The Company may assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of its rights or obligations under this document at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, provided such assignment does not materially diminish the rights you have been granted.
14.4 Force Majeure
14.4.1 The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this document where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, government action, pandemic, power or telecommunications failure, or failure of third-party suppliers or hosting providers.
14.5 No Third-Party Rights
14.5.1 Except as expressly stated, this document does not confer any rights on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise, and no third party shall have any right to enforce any of its provisions.
14.6 Relationship of the Parties
14.6.1 Nothing in this document shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and the Company.
14.7 Notices
14.7.1 Any notice required to be given under this document shall be in writing and shall be delivered by email to the relevant address specified in the Company Details section above, and shall be deemed received 24 hours after being sent, provided no delivery failure notification is received. We may give notices to you by publishing them on the Website or in the game, or, if you have an account, by email to the address on your account.
14.8 Language and Translation
14.8.1 This document is drafted in English. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only, and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
14.9 Survival
14.9.1 Provisions of this document which by their nature are intended to survive termination or expiry — including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and governing law — shall survive any termination or expiry of your relationship with the Company.
14.10 Interpretation
14.10.1 Headings in this document are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
14.10.2 Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" or "such as" are illustrative and shall not limit the generality of the preceding words.
Section 15 — Amendments to This Document
